This policy explains how we collect, use and protect the information you share on this landing page, which markets the project Hanging Gardens by Graviti Living Spaces (India) Pvt Ltd. We are not the developer, builder or promoter of the project.
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us through our enquiry, “Project Kit” and site-visit forms, or when you call or message us on WhatsApp — typically your name, phone number, email address and the configuration you are interested in.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g. device/browser type and approximate region) and any advertising click identifiers if you arrived from an ad.
We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, government IDs or sensitive personal data through this page, and you should not submit them.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, share the price sheet, floor plans, brochure and master plan, and arrange a site visit.
- To contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email about Hanging Gardens and, where you have asked, similar projects.
- To pass your enquiry to the developer, Graviti Living Spaces (India) Pvt Ltd, where that is necessary to progress a booking you request.
- To maintain records, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
3. Lawful basis & consent
We process your information with your consent (given when you submit a form or contact us) and for our legitimate interest in responding to property enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”). For WhatsApp, calls and SMS, submitting a form or messaging us constitutes your consent to be contacted on the number provided.
4. Who we share it with
- The project developer, where needed to action a booking or visit you request.
- Service providers who help us operate — e.g. our CRM, lead-management, cloud, communication (WhatsApp/SMS/email) and analytics providers — under confidentiality obligations and only for the purposes above.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies & analytics
